Actually this is the live tape performances  that each country  was asked to submit to EBU incase  they could not attend the contest  itselt due to Covid 19 pandemic.

Norway begun it's choosing process of it's represantative to ESC 2022.

 

Artists or composers who want to submit their applicates have to fulfil the following requirements::

* Each artist / composer entitle to submit up till 3 songs to the Norwegian preselection.

* The age of the artists should be above 16 on April 2022.

* Artists / composers should sbmit their application from today 28/5/21 till 16/8/21.

The Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix consists of several rounds. Among them there will be 2 semi finals and one Grand final where the Norwegian artist will be chosen for ESC 2022.


 

 

Israel begins it's choosing process for it's Eurovision song 2022.

This year unlike previous years X- Factor is choosing the artist that is going to represent Israel in Eurovision 2022.

The host of the show is Liron Weitzman and the jury members are : Ran Danker, Aviv Geffen , Netta Barzilai , Miri Messika and Margalit Tzan'ani (Margol).

The filming to auditions begins on Sunday 13/6/21 for a week. In each day there will be 2 rounds. The first round begins 11:00 till 16:30

and the second round from 16:30 till 22:00. The auditions in due course will broadcast on Channel 13 (Reshet)

In Channel 12 - Keshet -  the Hakochav Haba (Raising Star) begins on coming sunday 30/5/2021

In the first video clip The Maneskin band from Italy meets The Blind Channel band from Finland and they are talking about their passion for rock music , their life and their memories from the contest.

In the second video clip Manizha the Russian group makes a surprise to the Lithuanian group The Roop and sings in it's own version their Eurovision song Discvoteque.

 

In the third videclip Destiny from malta meets Tusse from Sweden. At first they are talking about female empowering , equality and then about their success in music.

The contest that never dies.

EBU this year decided to upload  on his official youtube channel the live on tape performances. Te live on tape performances will upload to the official youtube cahnnel in 2 stages.

The first is uploading the 13 songs that did not went to final. It will be on air at 22:00 Israel local time.

The second upload will be tomorrow at the same time the 26 songs that participated in the Grand Final.

Actually only 2 countries did not participated alive in the contest. The first country was Australia that due to Covid 19  pandemic in it's own country the Australian delegation actually  stayed at home and EBU used it's live on tape performances. The second country was Iceland. One of the members of the band got positive answer to COVID 19 test and EBU decided to use ther second reherasal video in the contest itself.

Finland begun its selection for choosing it's candudate to Eurovision Song Contest 2022.

 

All the candidates should comply with the following requirements:

* The song should be discreete and you have to submit it between 1-6/9/2021.

* Each singer or band can submit up till 3 songs but only 1 song from the three will be chosen by the commitee.

* The songwriters can submit songs  as much as they wish to the commitee.

* The demo version should be same version used in the live show.

* Song that was submiited here can not be submitted to other Eurovision preselections.

* The singer or the songwriter shouled be a finnish citizen or reside in Finland permanently.

* The age of the the singer should be above 16 in 1/5/22.

* the duration of song should not exceed 3 minutes long.

* The song should comply the requirements of EBU / Yle broadcaster.

* The song allowed to be  published only after 1/9/21.

 

 

Never A Dull Moment. The Netherlands start it's search for a candidate that will represent her In eurovision Sing Contest 2022.

 

Singers who want to submit the-r candidacy have to fulfil these requirements:

* The song have to comply with EBU/Avrotros requirements.
* Each candidates can submit up till 3 songs
* The song have to be released after 1/9/2021.
* The last day to submit the applications is 31/8/21.

Less than 24 hours of Eurovision Song Contest 2021 is over already we have 3 potential cities who are ready to host the contest in 2022.

The first city who wants to host the Eurovision is the city of Milan. In the city of Milan there are big studios of RAI. Milan is capable of hosting big events and the last big event that she was hosting was expo 2015.

The second city who wants to host Eurovision is the city of Bolognia. It Is located in Emilia - Romanga region located in the northern part of Italy. She is also recognised as Unesco Music  city. Many big concerts held in this city.

The third city is Pesaro city located in the Adriatic coast. It is located not far from San Marino. The mayor of the city offered Vitrifrigo arena as a  hosting arena to  the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.

It is a long time till they decide about the hosting city of Eurovision 2022 but it seems to me that the race of hosting Eurovision begun.I don't think we will have PED this year


 

 

Italy won the Eurovision Song Contest with 524 points , France is the second country  with 499 points and Swiss finished third with 432 points. Israel got 93 points and reached  the 17 th place.

Lucy Ayoub from Israel gave the points of the jury first  and the last country to give points was the hosting country The Netherlands.

After 50% of the jury votes France was the first . Swiss was the second and Malta was the third.

In the end of the jury vote  Swiss was the first with 267 points , France was the second with 248 points and Malta was the third with 208 points.
Israel got from the jury 73 points only.

Now came the televotiing  votes.and the surprise that the televoting  actually  gave Italy the victory.. Second place France and third place Swiss. The overall points was Italy 524 points , France 499 points and Swiss 432 points. The televoting  gave to Israel 20 points and Israel  got 93 overall  points and she finished in place 17
