Spain unveiled the 16 songs participating in Benidorm Festival - The Spanish preselection for ESC 2025. The Spanish preselection consist of 2 semi finals and 1 Grand Final. In each semi final 8 songs participat and 4 of them will go to final. The semi finals is expected to be on 28&30/1/25  and the Grand Final on 1/2/25. Slovenia unveiled the names of the 12 songs participating in EMA the Slovenian preslection for ESC 2025. There will be 2 rounds in EMA 2025. In the first round the Jury is going to vote for the 2 songs that will proceed to Super Final. In the superfinal stage public voting is going to determine te Slovenian representative to ESC 2025.

EBU informed today that 38 countries are going to participate in comimg ESC 2025. On 28/1/25 there will be allocation of the 32 countries participating in the 2 semi finals. Also they are going to allocate the BIG 5 and the hosting country on which semi final they are going to perform. I am enclosing the list of the 38 countries participating in the contest.

Malta disclosed the names of the 24 songs participating in it's preslection for ESC 2025. In the Maltese preselection there will be 2 semi finals and 1 Grand Final. The 2 semi finals will be on 4 and 6 February 25 and the Grand Final in 8/2/25. In each semifinal 12 songs are going to participate and 8 songs will go to the final. The songs that goes to final will be selected by Public Voting and Jury Voting, In the final on 8/2/25 16 songs will participate and Public voting and the Jury are going to determine the Maltese representative to ESC 2025. In each semi final 9 songs are participating and 2 songs are going to the final. The Jury and the Public voting detrmine the  2 songs that go to final .In the final there are 2 rounds. In the first round public voting and Jury dertrmine the 3 songs that are going to Superfinal. In the Superfinal roubnd public voting only detrmine the Lithuanian repersentative to ESC 2025. The semi finals begins on 11/1/25 and finiahon 8/2/25. The Grand Final is on 15/2/25.

Czechia chose it's representative to ESC 2025.Adonxs is going to represent Czechia on May 2025 in Basel Switzerland. The singer was selected by Local Jury(40%), International Jury (40%) and Czech Tv Commitee(20%). The sing will be released in a due course.

 

Serbia disclosed the name of the 30 songs participating in Pesma Za Evroviziju 25 - The Serbian preselection for ESC 2025.

Montenegro chose  a new singer to represent her in coming 2025. The singer is Nina Zici. This is not the first time .she is representing her country in Eurovision Song Contesy Contest.. She had represented her country in 2013 when the contest was in Malmo Sweden. The song she is going to sing on stage this ydear call Dobro Dosli

רשות השידור באסטוניה הסבירה את הליך בחירת השיר ה-16 בקדם האסטוני לתחרות אירוויזיון 2025.  חבר השופטים בחר ב-20 השירים אשר קיבלו  הניקוד הכי גבוה מהשופטים. לאחר הבעת  הסכמת האומנים , Raadio 2 יפותח את הליך הצבעת הקהל ב-28/12/24  באמצעות האתר  שלו. ב-6/1/25 הוא יפרסם את שם השיר שהקהל הצביע עבורו  ובאותו יום יערוך תוכנית מיוחדת על האומנים המשתתפים בקדם האסטוני לתחרות אירוויזיון 2025.

EER explained the process of selecting the 16th song of Eesti Laul 2025. On 28/12/24 Radio 2 thrugh his website will open the public voting. On 6/1/25 Radio 2 is going to annonce the 16th song of Eesi laul 2025(Wild Card). On the same day Raadio 2 is going to broadcast a special programme about the 16 artists participating in Eestl Laul 2025- The Estonian preselection for ESC 2025.

 

Today we have some news from Latvia , Montenegro , Croata , Estonia and Albania. Latvia disclosed it's songs participatong in Supernva - The Latvian preselection for ESC 2025. The NeonnoeN band from Montenegro disqualified itself due to breaching the rules of the contest. Thde band sang her song in 2023 In Festival Culture Zabjebvo.This performence  is breaching the law saying the the Eurovision song  should be unveiled or performee after 1/9/24. Croatia and Estonia unveiled the songs names participating in their preselections for ESC 2025 and Albania officially stated the Festivali I keneges format. There are some changes in the format and the main  changes are that the jury and public voting are going to  determine  the Albanian representive to ESC 2025 and each artist is going to perform his song at list  twice in the festival

להקת NeoneoN פורשת מ ייצוג עארצה בתחרות האירוויזיון עקב עבירה על תקנות התחרות. בבדיקה שנעשתה נמצא כח השינר שלהם לתחרות האירוויזיון בוצע בפסטיבלל Festival Culture Zabjelo בשנת 2023. דבר זה נוגד את תקנות התחרטת האומר ששיר המשתתף בתחרות האירוויזיון חייב להתפרסם או להיות מבוצע אחרי 1/9/24. רשות השידור במונטנגרו RTCG מסרה כי בימים הקרובים תבחר שיר חדש שייצג אותה בתחרות האיוויזיון 2025.

The NeoneoN Band disqualified itself from participating in ESC 2025 dus to law breaching. It was found out that they were song the song in Festival Culture Zebjero in 2023. The song performence is breaching the law saying the a song participating in ESC 2025 should be published or performed  after 1/9/24. Meanwhile RTCg informed that in comongg days she is going to select a new song that will reptresent Montenegro in coming ESC 2025.

Croatia unveiled the names of 24 songs participating in Dora 2025 - The Croatian preselection for  ESC 2025. They have also unveiled the names of the additional 4 reseve songs. They willbe used incase rthat one of the songs will have to wothdraw from the Croation preselection for ESC 2025.

רשות השידור האלבנית פרסמה את תצורת Festivali I keneges הקדם האלבני לתחרות אירוויזיון 2025.הפסטיבל יתקיים בין 19-22/12/24. ביומיים הראשונים של הפסטיבל בכל יום 15 אומנים יישירו את השירים שלהם. בסוף כל יום חבר השופטים וקהל המצביעים יצביעו עבור השירים האהובים שלהם.ביום השלישי ב- Night Of Nostalgia כל 30 האומנים ישירו שירי נוסטלגיה ולאחר מ כן ייחשפו את 18מהאומנים שהעפילו לשלב הבא. ביום הרביעי לפסטיבל קהל המצביעים וחבר השופטים ייבחרו בנציג אלבניה לתחרות אירוויזיון 2025.
 

 Albania - RTSH unveied Festivalo i keneges format. The festival will be from 19/12/24 till 2/12/24. In the first 2 days the artists are going to perform their songs/ In the end of each night the Jury and Public voting are going to vote foe the songs they like. In trhe third night The Nigh=t Of Nostalgia all thwe 30 artists are going to performn. In trhe end of the third night we will know who are the 18 artits that proceed to the next stage. In the fourth nigghy public voting and The Jury are going to determine the Albanian reptresentative to ESC 202r5.

 

 

RAI unveiled the names of the participants in San Remo Festival on 11-15/2/25. The winner of the festival has the right to represent Italy in coming Eurovision Song Contest on May in Basel Switzerland.
