Norway had confirmed it's participation in ESC 2026. Artists wish to take part in it's preselection for ESC 2026 can submit their applications from now till 1/9/25.  They artists have to meet the following requirements:

* Songs have to be original.

* Songs should not be published publicaly.

* The duration of song should not aceed 3 minutes long.

* One of the songwriters should carry Norwegian cirizenship.

* Each songwriterqproducer can send up till 3 songs to the commitee.

* The age of the singer should be above 16 on 1/1/2026.

Montenegro and Malta had confirmed their participations in JESC 2025. scheduled to be in Tiblisi Georgia on December 2025.

מונטינגרו -  מונטניגרו חוזרת לתחרות אחר העדרות בת 10 שנים. מונטניגרו היא המדינה השנייה החוזרת לתחרות. קדמה לה קרואטיה. לא נמסרו פרטים נוספים אודות האמן שייצג אותם או השיר אותו ישיר מעל במת אירוויזיון הילדים 2025.
 

Montenegro - Montenegro id returning to JESC after an absent of decade. She is following Croatia that also had returned to the contest. Monternegro did not give other information concerng it's representative or which song he is going to sing on stage of JESC 2025.

מלטה -  מלטה אישרה את התתפותה בתחרות אירוויזיון הילדים 2025. . תוכנית הריאלטית המקומית The Voice Kids תבחר את נציגה לתחרות אירוויזיון הילדים 2025.ילדים הרוצים להשתתף בתכנית יכולים מעתה להגיש את מעומדותם. כעת. כמו כן עליהם לעמוד בתנאים הבאים:

*טווח הגילאים של  המתמודדים יהיה ב-13/12/25 בין 9-14 שנים

* המתמודדים יכולים להגיש שירי קאבר/מקוריים אבל בגמר התוכנית עליהם לשיר שיר מקורי עימו יתמודדו מעל במת האירוויזיון הילדים בטיבליסי שבגיאורגיה.

* השיר המוגש צריך להיות ערוך על ידי פזמונאי/מלחין.

* השיר חייב ליהיות בשפה האנגלית או המלטזית. במקרה ומתמודד רוצה לשיר בשפה אחרת הוא יכול לעשות בתנאי שרק 40% מהשיר יהיה בשפה האחרת והיתר בשפה האנגלית או המלטזית.

* הnתמודד שייצג את מלטה בשנה שעברה בתחרות אירוויזיון הילדים אינו יכול להגיש את המועמדות שלו השנה.

Malta had confirmed it's participation in JESC 2025. The local reality show The Voice Kids is going to select the Maltese representative to JESC 2025. Kids who wished to take partin the show can submit now their applcations. they have to meet to following requirements:

* Age of the contetstants should be 9-14 years on 13/12/25.

* Kids can submit cove or oiginal songs but in the final they should sing original song,.

* It is recommended that the song will be composes by performer or a song wrirter/producer.

* The song should be either in English or Maltese languuges. If the candidate wised to sing in any other languages so only 40% of the words  should be on that language the rest should be either in English or the Malltese language.

* The Maltese JESC 2024 is not allowed to submit his application this year.
