Today is the second semi final .In this semifinal 16 countries are going to participate  including Israel. Israel song number 14 There will be some changes in the voting system. This year unlike previous years, The audience is going to decide who are  the 10 qualifiers that go to the  final. Also 3 countries from the Big 5 are going to perform tonight.

לאחר שנדע מי הם 10 המדינות העולות לגמר .תערך ביניהן הגרלה באיזו חלק בגמר הם יופיעו. השנה נוספה קטגוריה נוספת בה הפתק שיוגרל היא פתק  ריק. המשמעות היא שהמפיקים יקבעו באיזה חלק בגמר המדינה תופיע..שיבוץ סופי של המדינות המשתתפות בגמר יעשה עם תום חצי הגמר השני כי למחרת כבר מתחילות החזרות הגנרליות של הגמר.
 

As soon as we know who are the lucky 10 qualifiers there will be a draw to which half the country will perform in the final. This year there is another option a blank paper. That's mean that the producers are  going to the determine on which half the country is going to perform. Soon after the second semi final we will know the countries allocation in the final.
