רשות השידור האלבנית הודיעה כי אומנים הרוצים להשתתף בקדם אירווזיון האלבני יכולים להגיש מעתה את המועמדות שלהם.
Albania TV had opened it's submissions foe Festviali I Keneges 61. Artists who want totake part in the festival can submit now their applications.
על האומנים לעמוד בתנאים הבאים עם הגשת המועצדות שלהם:
The artists have to meet the following requiremennts in submitting their applications:
* אורך השיר לא יעבור את 4 הדקות.
* The length of the song should not exceed 4 minutes long
* יש לשלוח גרסה אינסטרומטלית של השיר ללא קולות ליווי
* An instrumental version with backing vocals shouls submiited
* יש לצרף את מילות השיר במלואן לבקשה
* The full lyrics song should be submiited.
* יש לצרף את שמות הזמרים והמלחינים של השיר
* Full namrs of the artist and the composers of the song
* יש לצרף את הביוגרפיה ותמונה של האומן
* The biography and the a pictire should be submitted
