מחד גיסא - יותר ויותר מדינות מאשרות את השתתפותן בתחרות האירוויזיון ומאידך גיסא בחלק מהמדינות ההרשמה לקדם נסגרה ועכשו נותרה בפני הועדות השונות את מלאכת בחירת השירים או לחילופין בחירת השיר שייצג את ארצם בתחרות. נכון לעכשו כ-20 מדינות אישרו את השתתפותן בתחרות. מספר זה נמוך משמעותית במיוחד לעומת שנה שעברה שבה השתתפו בתחרות כ- 37 מדינות. הסיבה לרישום נמוך של המדינות נובע אולי מהקונפליקט המזרח תיכוני הקיים כעת בין ישראל וחמאס. זה יכול להסביר אולי את העובדה שחלק מהמדינות יושבות על הגדר ומחכות להחלטה של איגוד השידור האירופי באם לאפשר לישראל להשתתף בתחרות או לאו. חלק מהמדינות החברות באיגוד דורשות אפילו את סילוקה של ישראל מהתחרות. זמירות חדשות החלו לנשוב גם כן באיגוד השידור האירופי. עד עכשו האיגוד תמך בהשתתפותה של ישראל בתחרות בטענה שהתחרות הין בין רשויות השידור ולא המדינות עצמן ולכן ישראל יכולה ככל יתר מהמדינות החברות רשאיות להשתתף בתחרות. חלק מהמדינות הדורשות לסילוקה את ישראל מהתחרות טוענות שדין ישראל כדין רוסיה ובלארוס שסולקו בעבר מהתחרות ולכן יש לסלקה כעת נכון ישראל זה עדיין לא רוסיה אבל בעקברת התקדים שנוצר הם דורשים שיש להפעיל את אותן אמות מידה לישראל כמו שהופעלו נגד רוסיה ובלארוס ויש לפסול את השתתפותה של ישראל מהתחרות. מרטין גרין המנהל בפועל החדש של התחרות החל לזמר זמירות חדשות בקשר להשתתפותה של ישראל וטען שהשתתפותה של ישראל בתחרות תלויה במצב הקונפליקט הקיים כעת בין ישראל וחמאס. זה שינוי עצום בעמדת האיגוד שתמך בעבר ללא עוררין בהשתתפותה של ישראל בתחרות.
On one hand countries are still confirming their participants in ESC 2026 and on the other hand in some countries the submission period is over and now the various commitees have to decide about the song who is going to represent their country in ESC2026. Currently only 20 countries had confirmed their particpantion in the contest. This is relatively low figures concerning to the number of countries that had paricipated in ESC 2025. Maybe the reason for low confirmed countries is due to the Israeli Hamas conflict in Gaza. Some countries are still waiting for the decision of EBU whether to disqulify Israel from the contest or no. The precedent of disqualfication came from the disqualification of Russia and Belarus from the contest and some countries want to disqualify Israel from the contest .. EBU up till now had a strong support in Israel saying that this is a contest is between broadcasting authorities and not among countries but since the arrival of Martin Green to the contest there is a new approach towards Israel saying that the participation of Israel in the contest will be discussed later due to the developement of the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
המדינות שאישרו לאחרונה את השתתפותן בתחרות הן אוקראינה ומונטנגרו ואילו בשוויץ ופינלנד ההרשמה לקדם נסגרה וכעת על הועדה לבחור בשיר שייצג את ארצם בתחרות
Lately the following countrues confiremed their particiupation in the contest. The countries are , Ukraine and Montenegro. In Swiss and Finland the submission period is over and now the commitees have to decide about the song that is going to represent the country in the contest.
בשוויץ הסתיימה מועד הגשת השירים לועדה. כעת הועדה עוברת על השירים ותנפה את השירים אשר לא עמדו בתנאי התחרות. לאמנים שעמדו בתנאי התחרות יערכו להם אודישנים ולבסוף חבר שופטים המורכב משופטים מקומיים , שופטים בינלאומים ו-25 שופטים שהיו מחבר השופטים שבחרו בתחרויות האירוויזיון. ייבחרו בשיר שייצג את שוויץ בתחרות האירוויזיוון ה-70 אשר תתקיים בחודש מאי בוינה שבאוסטריה.
In Swiss the submission period is over and now the commitee have to decide which song is going to represent Swiss in coming ESC2026. At first all the songs that did not comply with the prerequisites will be eliminated. Then the commoitee composed of Local jurry members , Intermational Jury members and 25 Jurry members that judged in previous ESC are going to select the Swiss entry for ESC 2026.
בפינלנד כמו בשוויץ ההרשמה נסגרה וכעת חבר השופטים ייבחר ב-7 שירים שישתתפו בקדם שלהם לתחרות האירוויזיון.
In Finland the submission period is over and now the comitee has to chosse the 7 lucks songs to participate in UMK - The Finnish preselection for ESC 2026.
בקבלת ההחלטה של השופטים עליהם לקחת בחשבון הנתונים הבאים:
In choosing the 7 songs thae commitee has to take into consideration the following guding lines
* אין לפרסם השיר בכל צורה שהיא
* The song should not be publish at all
* האומן חייב בלהיות נתין או תושב פינלנד. במקרה של להקה אחד מחברי הלהקה חיי בלהיות נתין או תושב פיני.
The singer or one of the band members should carry Finnish citizenship or residence.
* אורך השיר לא יעבור את 3 הדקות.
The song should not exceed 3 minutes long
* ניתן להגיש לועדה שיר שלא בגרסה הסופית שלו. במידה וייבחר להשתתף בקדם על האומן להגיש את הגרסה הסופית שלו לועדה לא יאוחר מ-31/10/25.
* An artist can submit to the commitee a partial version of the song but in case his song was chosen tio take part in the UMK then till 31/10./25 he should submit a full version of the song.
מונטינגרו אישרה את השתתפותה בתחרות אירוויזיון 2026. השיר שייצג מדינה זו בתחרות ייבחר באמצעות ה- Montesong,: אמנים הרוצים להשתתף בקדם המונטניגרי לתחרות האירוויזיון יכולים להגיש עתה את המועמדות שלהםן ולעמוד בתנאים הבאים:
Montenegro had confirmed it;s participation in ESC 2026. The Montesong is going to choose the Montengro song for ESC 2026. Registratiobn is open now and artists can subvmit their appications now but they have to comply with the following requirements:
* אין לפרסם השיר לפני ה-1/9/25.
* The song should not be published before 1/9/25.
* על השיר לעמוד בדרישות איגוד השידור האירופי.
* The song has to comply with the EBU regulations.
* האומנים חייבים להינות נתיני המדינה
* The soinger should carry Montenegro citizenship.
* אין הגבלה לגבי ארץ מוצת הפזמונאי או מלחין השיר
* The songwrier or the composer can come from any country in the world,
* הפזמונאי או המלחין יכולים להגיש בעת ובעונה אחת 2 שירים לתחרות
* the songwriter or the composer can submit 2 songs for the contest.
השיר הזוכה בקדם המונטנגרי לתחרות האירוויזיו ייבחר על ידי חבר השופטים וקהל המצביעים כאחד.
The Montenegrian song for ESC 2026 willbe selected by Juryy members and audience televoting.
