Toaday we have some news from Moldova , Albania , Portugal , Lithuania , Croatia and Bulgaria.
מולדובה. הקדם המולדבי לתחרות אירוויזיון יתקיים ב-1/1/26. החל מ-11/25 אמנים הרוצים להשתתף בקדם יכולים להגיש את המעמדות שלהם לקדם. עם סגירת ההרשמה המעומדים ייבחנו בשולשה שלבים. שלב המיון ,שלב האודישנים החיים שיערכו למתמודדים והקדם עצמו.
Moldova - The Moldovian preselection for ESC 2026 is expected to be on 31/1/26. Artists wished to take can submit appliacations now. When the sumission period is closed the commitee are going to review the songs . then thaey will make auditions and at last they are going to decide the artists that are going tom participate in the moldovia, preselection for ESC 2026.
כמו כן על המתמודדים לעמוד בדרישות הבאות:
The artists have to meet also the following requirements:
* אורך השיר לא יהיה מעבר ל-3 דקות.
* הזמר הראשי חייב להיות בעל אזרחות מולדבית ומותר עד 50% שחברי הלהקה יהיו זרים.
* אין לכלול בשירים מסרים , פוליטיים או דתיים בכלל.
* כל המתמודדים חייבים להשתתף באירועים שרשות השידור מארגנת.
* הזוכה המנצח חייב לייצג את מולדובה בתחרות האירוויזיון. במקרה ויסרב לעשות כן אז כל ההוצאות שנגרמו לרשות השידור יכולו עליו.
* הנציג המולדבי לתחרות האירוויזיון ייבחר על ידי חבר השופטים וקהל המצביעים כאחד. במקרה של שוויון דעת הקהל תקבע את נציג מולדובה לתחרות אירוויזיון 2026.
* The length of the song should not 3 minutes long.
* The solist have to carry Moldovian citizenship. It is allerd the 50% of the band members will be foreigners.
* You are not allowed to envot political or religious mattesrs in the song.
* Are the artists bare obliged to take part in thee various events handled by the Moldovian Broadcasting Service.
* The winner of the preselectionis obliged to represent Moldova in coming ESC 2026. In case of refusal all the expenses caused to TRM will be paid by him.
The artists who is going to represent Moldoav in ESC 2026 will be selected by Professional Jury and Puclic Voting.
אלבניה - אלבניה מסרה כי 28 השירים שישתתפו בקדם שלה לתחרות אירוויזיון יפורסמו ב-21/11/26.
Albania informed us that she id going to release her song that are participating in Festivali I Keneges 64 on 21/11/26.

פורטוגל - רשות השידור הפורטוגזית מסרה כי 660 שירים הוגשו לוועדה. בינתיים הרשות פרסמה את שמות המלחינים והזמרים שנבחרו הזמרים בבחירה אישית.
Portugal - 660 songs were submitted to commitee of Festival Da Cabcao. RTP released the name of the compsers of the songs and the artists who were chosen. We are waiting for list of artists that were invited by RTP

בקדם הפורטוגזי לתחרות אירוויזיון 2026 יהיו 2 חצאי גמר שיתקיימו ב-21/2/26 וב-28/2/26 והגמר עצמו ב-7/3/26.
FestivaDa cancao consist of 2 semifinals on 12/2/26 and 28/2/26 and Grand Final on 7/3/26.
מכל חצי גמר יעפילו 4 שירים לגמר שייבחרו על ידי חבר השופטים ודעת הקהל כאחד (50%/50%). השיר החמישי שיעלה לגמר ייבחר על ידי דעת הקהל בלבד. בגמר השיר הזוכה שייצג את פורטוגל בתחרות האירוויזיון 2026 ייבחר על ידי חבר השופטים ודעת הקהל כאחד.
From each semifinal 4 songs will proceed to the final selected by Jury and Public Voting. (50%/50%) . The fifth song willbe selected by public voting only.
ליטא - הקדם הליטאי לתחרות האירוויזיון יתקיים ב-27/2/26. ההרשמה לקדם הסתיימה וכעת נותר לרשות השיר הליטאית LRT לבחור ב-30 השירים שישתתפו בקדם.רשימת השירים שישתתפו בקדם תפורסם ב-23/12/25.. רשות השידור הליטאית תערוך שינויים בקדם עצמו כדי לתת משקל יתר להצבעת הקהל בקדם..
Lithuania - The Eurovizijos is expected to be on 27/2/26. After the closure of the submission period LRT have to select 30 songs for it's own preselection. On 23/12/25 LRT is going to release the list of songs participatings in Eurovizijos. Also there will be some changes in the format of Eurovizijos for encoraging public votings.
ראשית שלב הסופרפיינל בקדם יבוטל והנציג הקרואטי ייבחר בסיבוב הראשון בגמר. מכל חצי גמר יעפילו 2 שירים לגמר. תנתן אפשרות נוספת לשירים שיגיעו בחצי הגמר למקום השלישי והקהל ייבחר שיר אחד מהם שיעפיל גם הוא לגמר.במקרה של תיקו בין הצבעת הקהל וחבר השופטים , הצבעת הקהל תקבע מיהוא הנציג הקרואטי לתחרות אירוויזיון 2026. הקהל לראשונה יצביע באמצעות יישומון ייעודי ושיטת הבחירה הטלפונית תבוטל.
The Superfinal stage will be elimibnated and the winner of Eurvijos will be selected in the first round. From each semi final 2 songs that reached the first 2 places will go direct to the final. A second chanche will be given to the songs who had reached the third place. Public voting only is going to detrmine the song that will go to the final.In final in case there is even between Jury voting and public voting, The public voting is going the determine the Lithuanian representative to ESC 2026. Also this year there will be special application where the public can vote the the telphone televoting will be eliminated.
קרואטיה - הקדם הקרואטי חוזר לזאגרב בירת המדינה. אומנים הרוצים להשתתף בקדם יכולים להגיש את מועמדותם לא יאוחר מ-12/11/25. הקדם ישודר במהלך חודש 2/26. חברי הועדה ייבחרו ב-24 שירים אשר ישתתפו בקדם. כמו כן ייבחרו ב-4 שירים נוספים אשר ישמשו כרזרבה במידה ואחד השירים יאלץ לנשור מהתחרות. השיר שייצג את קרואטיה בתחרות האירוויזיון ייבחר על ידי הצבעת חבר השופטים הקהל כאחד. ב-23/1/26 רשות השידור הקרואטית תפרסם כמה חצאי גמר יהיו בקדם ותקנון ההצבעה.
Croatia - The Dora is returning back to Zagreb the capital of Croatia. Artists wishing to take part in Dora - The Croatian preselection to ESC 2026 can submit their applications not later than 12/11/25. Te Dora is expested to be on February 2026. The commitee is going to select 24 songs that will take part in Dora 2026. They will select also 4 additional songs as a reaserve in case one of the songs will be eliminated then 1 of the reserve songs is going to replace him.. The winner song of Dora 2026 will be selected by Jury members and public votings. On 23/1/26 we will know how many semi finals will be in Dora 2026.
בולגריה - לראשונה האומנים המובילים בבולגריה ייבחרו את השירים שישתתפו בקדם הבולגרי לתחרות אירוויזיון 2026. הקדם הבולגרי לתחרות האירוויזיון יתקייים ב-31/1/26. ונבדקת האפשרות שיהיה גם חצי גמר בקדם . בכל מקרה חבר השופטים וקהל המצביעים ייבחרו בזמר אשר ייצג את בולגריה בתחרות האירוויזיון. בבוא הזמן השיר שייצג את בולגריה בתחרות. ייבחר בבחירה פנימית
Bulgaria - For the first time leading artists are going to select the artists and songs that are gong to participate in the Bulgarian preselectin for ESC 2026. There is a chanche that therק will be semifinals too. In any both The Jury and Public voting are going to determine the Bulgarian representative to ESC 2026.The song will be selcted internally and will be released in duo course time.
