בתחרות השנה ישתתפו המדינות הבאות : צרפת , גיאורגיה , גרמניה , אירלנד , מלטה , הולנד , ספרד , צפון מקדוניה , פולין , איטליה ואוקראינה.
The following countries are going to participate in the JESC 2023: France , Georgia , Germany , Ireland , Malta , The Netherlands , Spain , North Macedonia , Poland , Italy and Ukraine.
בינתים צפון מקדוניה וגיאורגיה בחרו את נציגיהן לתחרות. צפון מקדוניה בחרה את Tamara Gouteska לייצגה בתחרות. השיר שתשלר מעל במת אירוויזיון הילדים ייבחר על ידי הרשות השידור המקדונית בשלב מאוחר יותר. גיאורגיה בניגוד לצפון מקדוניה ערכה קדמים ולבסוף Anatasia Vaszade נבחרה לייצג את ארצה. הולנד הודיעה כי הקדם שלה לתחרות יתקיים ב-23/9/23.
North Macedoia and Georgia chose their representatives to JESC 2023. North Macedonia internally and Georgis through Ranina progranmme. North Macedonia and Georgia are going to choose their songs internally a due course. Tamara Gouteska is going to represent North Macedonia in the JESC 2023 while Anastasia Vaszade is going to represent Georgia. The final for Jesc 2023 for the Netherlands will be on 23/9/23.
