השנה לראשונה בקדם האלבני יהיו שינויים ראשית השיר שייצג את אלבניה בתחרות האירוויזיון ייקבע על ידי בחירת הקהל בלבד. רשות השידור האלבנית שומרת לעצמה הזכות שיהיה אומן אחר שייצג את המדינה בתחרות.
Changes in the Albanian preselection for ESC 2023. For the first time the public is going to select tje Albanian entry to ESC 2023. RTSH rewserve the right to change the song that is goint to represent Albania n ESC 2023.
הקדם האלבני יתפרס על פני 4 ימים. ביומיים הראשונים 19-20/12/22יושמעו כל 26 השירים המשתתפים בתחרות. ביום השלישי 21/12/22 כל 26 האומנים יופיעו על הבמה וישירו שירים מהעבר אשר לא נס ליחם. ביום הרביעי לפסטיבל ב- 22/12/22 נדע מיהוא השיר אשר ייצג את אלבניה בתחרות אירוויזיון 2023 אשר תתקיים בחודש מאי הקרוב בליברפול שבאנגליה.
There will be 4 days of Festival I Keneges 61. In the first 2 days 19-20/12 22 all the 26 artists are going to perform their songs. In the third day on 21/12/22 all the 26 artists are going to perform old and popular songs. In the fourth day 22/12/22 we will know who is going to represent Albania in ESC 2023.
