אתמול בצהריים הכתב רן בוקר מ-Ynet פרסם כי כאן 11 צפויה לבחור היום את הנציג הישראלי לתחרות אירוויזיון 2023. הועדה שתבחר את הנציג הישראלי לתחרות אירוויזיון תהיה מורכבת מ-10 חברים. 5 חברים באים מהתאגיד כאן 11 ו-5 חברים הם אנשים חיצוניים. בפני הועדה הוצגו 78 אמנים אשר הגיעו למקומות הראשונים במצעדי הפיזמונים השונים. באם לא יהיו הפתעות הערב צפוי להיבחר הנציג הישראלי לתחרות זאת כדי להימנע מלחצים מסויימים לבחירת אומן מסוים.
כל אחד מחברי הועדה ייבחר 2 אומנים מהרשימה ובסופו של יום מהאמנים שנבחרו על ידי הועדה ועלו לשלב השני בו ייבחר הנציג הישראלי לתחרות אירוויזיון 2023. תחרות אירוויזיון 2023 לא תערך באוקראינה עקב המצב הגיאופוליטי השורר שם. איגוד השידור האירופי בודק עם בריטניה את האפשרות לארח את התחרות בארצה היות והזמר הבריטי הגיע למקום השני בתחרות.

Yesterday the reporter ran Boker grom Y net believes that Kan 11 is expected to choose today the Israeli representative to ESC 2023. 78 artists who had reached the first places is the music charts are going to be reviewed by the commitee. The commitee consist of 10 members . 5 members come from Kaan 11 and the 5 members are coming from the local musical; industry. In order to prevent pressures on the commitee, the commitee to choose the artist today. Kaan 11 hopes that in the end of the day to choose the israeli representative to ESC 2023. Probably as you know the ESC 2023 is not going to be in Ukraine due to it's geopoltical situation there. EBU is examining the possibility that the UK is going to host the contest due to the fact that Sam Ryder the UK representative to ESC 2022 reached the second place in the latter contest.
