ובכן אנחנו נמצאים בסוף עונת אירוויזיון 2021 ותחילת עונת אירוויזיון 2022. אם חשבתם שיהיה משעמם השנה אז טעיתם. לא נראה לי שתהיה השנה תקופה PED כלל.
Eurovision 2021 era is over and we are approaching new era Eurovision 2022.
היו כמה אירועים בתחרות האירוויזיון השנה.. ראשית מגיפת הקורנה באירופה שהשפיע על התחרות וההכנות אליו . כל מדינה נתבקשה להכין קלטת גיבוי במידה ולא תוכל להגיע לתחרות. המדינה היחידה שלא הגיעה לתחרות היתה אוסטרליה ואכן איגוד השידור האירופי שידר את הקלטת גיבוי במקום ההופעה החיה של הזמרת.
We had encountered with some events that influenced the contest this year. , Covid 19 Pandemic that was major event in Europe and caused several events like submitting the live on tape performances. Each country was asked to submit such tape in case she could not participate in the contest. Austrlalia was the only country that actually did not attend the contest due to the covid 19 pandemic in Australia, EBU used it's live on tape peformance in the live show.
אירוע נוסף היה סילוקה של בלארוס מאיגוד השידור האירופי. בלארוס השנה היתה מדינה מאוד בעייתית מבחינת האירוויזיון. הם הגישו שיר שלא עמד בתקנות איגוד השידור האירופי. ניתן להם צ'אנס להגיש שיר אשר יעמוד בתקנות איגוד השידור האירופי . לאחר שלא הביאו שיר שעמד בתקנות האיגוד היא פרשה מהתחרות דבר שהשאיר טעם מר בפה. תמוהה ההערה של שר החוץ הרוסי שגינה את החלטת איגוד השידור האירופי על סילוק בלארוס מהתחרות.
The second event was th disqualified of the Belarus entry who did not coincide with EBU rules.
אם חשבתם שהפרשה עם בלארוס הסתיימה אז טעיתם. ובכן בתחילת השבוע מטוס נוסעים ריינאיר טס מאתונה לוילנה וכשעבר את השטח האוירי של בלארוס , מטוס של חיל האויר הבלארוסי יירט את המטוס ואילץ אותו לנחות בנמת התעופה במינסק. הסיבה שבלארוס סיפקה ליירוט המטוס הוא שהיתה במטוס פצצה שהוטמנה על ידי ארגון החמאס. מבדיקת הנתונים התברר שלא הייתה כלל פצצה על המטוס והסיבה ליירוט המטוס היה העובדה שאחד מהנוסעים היה עיתונאי שהתנגד למשטר. כשהמטוס נחת במינסק העיתונאי נאסר ויחד עימו נשארו 4 אנשים במינסק אשר לא המשיכו ליעדם הסופי בוילנה. זה כנראה הקש ששבר את גב הגמל ואיגוד השידור האירופי החליט לסלק את רשות השדור הבלארוסית BTRC מהאיגוד בטענה שלא עומדים בקיום תקנות האיגוד כמו עיתונות חופשית וכו'. לרשות השידור הבלארוסית ניתנה ארכה כדי לשנות את ההחלטה אבל לא נראה לי שיתנו לאיגוד הסברים המניחים את הדעת.
The suspension of Belarus(BTRC) from EBU due to the diversion of the Raynnair plane to Belarus. The plane was on his way from Athens to Vilnius. When the plane was crossing the Belarussian airspace he was forced to land in Minsk airport. The official reason given for this diversion was an alert saying there was a bomb was in the plane but actually there was none and the real reason for the diversion was that one of the passengers was a Belarussian journalist who opposed Belarus was on board and of course he was arrested immediately. As a result of this incidence EBU issued the following statement:

At a meeting today the EBU Executive Board agreed to suspend Belarus Member BTRC.
The EBU has been closely monitoring the suppression of media freedom in Belarus and have consistently called on BTRC, as a Member of the EBU, to uphold our core values of freedom of expression, independence and accountability.
Since the disputed elections last summer, we have been campaigning for the protection of independent journalism and freedom of expression in the country. We have publicly supported journalists at BTRC who have been protesting against government interference. We have also been monitoring BTRC’s coverage and have communicated our concerns to their management.
In recent weeks, we have been particularly alarmed by the broadcast of interviews apparently obtained under duress.
We have also monitored other BTRC broadcasts on this issue which have raised other serious and quite exceptional concerns.
In light of these exceptional developments, the Executive Board has no alternative other than to propose the suspension of BTRC’s membership of the EBU.
BTRC will have two weeks to respond, before suspension comes into effect.
ועתה לסיכום העונה מבחינת מספרים.כפי שנמסרו על ידי איגוד השידור האירופי. בתחרות השנה צפו 183 מליון אנשים מ-36 מדינות. אחוז הצפייה הסתכם ב- 40.5% . התחרות היתה פופולרית בין הגילאים 15-25 שנה והגיע ל- 52.9% אחוזי צפייה.
גם ערוץ היוטיטב הרשמי של התחרות זכה להצלחה וצפו בו 50.6% מ- 234 מדינות. גם פה צפו 71% מהצופים היו בני 18-34 שנים.
איסלנד השנה הובילה שוב באחוז הצפייה בתחרות והוא עמד על 99.9%.
מסתבר שתחרות זה דבר טוב. בישראל מתחיל היום התכנית הכוכב הבא והיא השנה לא בוחרת את נציג ישראל לתחרות. השנה מי שבוחר את הנציג לתחרות אירווזיון היא התוכנית X - Factor הישראלית. צילומי התוכנית יחלו ביום ראשון ב-13/6/21 בתל אביב.
הבה נקווה שעונת האירווזיון החדשה תהיה קלה יותר מהעונה הקודמת בה היתה מגיפת הקורונה עשתה שמות בארץ ובעולם.
EBU has issued some figures concerning ESC 2021.
183 million viewers from 36 countries had watched the contest. the overall rate of view was 40.5% and among the youngesters ages 15- 24 the overall rate of view was 52.9%
The rate of view in the Youtube official, channel was 50.6% from 234 countries and the rate of view among the youngesters aged 18-34 was 71%.
The rate of view in Iceland during the Eurovision week was the highest in Europe ans reached the level was 99.9%.
In Isreal today the raising star beginst this year. This year the Raising is not choosing the Israeli representative to ESC 2022. X- Factor is choosing the Israeli singer to ESC 2022. They will start to tellvise the programme on Sunday 13/6/21 in Tel-Aviv.
Let's hope that the new Eurovision 2022 year will be better than the previous one.
